We can all use a little extra savings. I’ve spent the last 15 years trying different skin and makeup products always trying to stretch my dollar and hoping to find the right products for me so that I wouldn’t have to keep throwing away money on things that weren’t worth it. Trial and error for all things for us healing and growing girls. You don’t have to stretch your wallet or credit card in order to get good quality items. We spend so much on skin care and make up but initially we have to spend in order to do trial and error to see what works best for our skin. I’ve probably tried every concealer available in pharmacy’s and Sephora. Too faced- born this way concealer is my favourite and works best for my skin but I can’t lie, I interchange with Elf’s camo concealer.
Not too sticky or fragrant. I’m not a huge gloss girl but this one is the exception for me. It’s always in my purse.10/10
Almond and Honey Hand Cream – $10
For my fellow peeps who do not like fruity smelling, thick or greasy hand cream this one is a nice splurge to carry in your bag or leave on your desk in between writing emails when you need a mini distraction.
In this kit you get to try the lip and face mask. If you’re like me and can’t commit to buying expensive products because you’ve gotten burned in the past, this is for you. This overnight face mask is my all time fav. I feel like you can get a solid 3 uses out of this mini and you get to try to the lip mask which is so nice as a part of this bundle. It’s a treat for some designated self care nights in your month ahead. The lip mask you can get more use out of.
I first discovered this product from a makeup artist at my friend’s wedding. This is the most beautiful bronzer. You can purchase on the Milani site or at Walmart. I bought mine at Walmart for under $15 a few months back but for some reason it is currently double the price there. Shop around my sis.
L’Oreal Paris Studio Secrets Magic BB Cream – $15
Thanks to mask wearing over the last few years, I’ve really minimized my base for my makeup look. I found this to be really light while making me feel like I had some sort of a base on.
KVD Kitten Mini Tattoo Eyeliner (mini size) $16
Seems like a bit of a splurge but I’ve tried many pencil and liquid liners and this one has been the best for me. My winged liner is always sharp with this product. I’m on the hunt for a liquid liner a little less expensive but similar quality! I also can’t choose just one mascara to add to this list because I love them all but this is my eye makeup splurge on this list.
Okay, this was under $20 during December. I’m over 50 cents now… This has been my go to cleanser for the last few years. I have incredibly sensitive skin and have reacted to many cleansers in the past. A little goes a long way with this product. Plus it smells so clean, I can’t even describe it but if I had to match the words clean scented to a cleanser it would be this one.
Urban Decay Mini All Nighter Setting Spray – $20
Setting spray is expensive girl. I feel like this one has worked the best for me and also lasts me a long time.
